Acceptable Use Policy

At QR Cloud, we regard QR codes as a vital technological bridge between the physical and digital worlds. We are committed to ensuring that this technology is utilized in ways that positively impact individuals and society at large.

As a result, we have established a set of general principles outlining how our solutions and services should NOT be used. By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these guidelines and refrain from assisting others in violating them.

The guidelines are as follows, though they are not exhaustive:

  1. Refraining from probing or assessing the vulnerabilities of our systems and networks.
  2. Not bypassing any security or authentication measures in place.
  3. Avoiding unauthorized access, modification, or illegal use of restricted or non-public service areas.
  4. Not interfering with or disrupting the service, network, host, or user (through overloading, spamming, or similar activities), or violating any associated policies, procedures, or regulations.
  5. Not misusing or creating accounts for purposes other than those intended by our publicly accessible interfaces, such as bulk account creation.
  6. Not bothering service users with unsolicited messages, ads, or spam.
  7. Refraining from sending promotions or advertisements for third-party products or services without proper authorization.

  9. Avoiding impersonation of individuals or entities, or falsely representing your association with them.
  10. Not collecting or storing personal information or data of other service users.
  11. Refraining from exploiting QR Cloud solutions, features, or goodwill, such as exceeding “normal” usage with “unlimited” scans.
