QR Cloud MCP Server

Let your AI assistant work with QR Cloud. With our MCP server (Model Context Protocol), assistants like Claude, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf can create short links and QR codes, set up QR Reviews and read your statistics – right from the chat.

What you need

• A QR Cloud plan with API access.

Connect with one click (recommended)

Most AI apps connect with Sign in with QR Cloud – no key to copy. You log in, see exactly what the app may do and click Allow.

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop & mobile) – Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → name QR Cloud, URL https://qr-cloud.com/mcp → Connect → sign in and allow.

ChatGPT – Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create (developer mode) → URL https://qr-cloud.com/mcp, authentication OAuth → sign in and allow.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http qr-cloud https://qr-cloud.com/mcp

then run /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate.

Cursor / VS Code – add the server URL https://qr-cloud.com/mcp; the editor opens the QR Cloud sign-in page automatically.

You can see and disconnect every connected app at any time under Connected AI apps.

Alternative: API key

For scripts or tools without OAuth support, send your personal API key from qr-cloud.com/account-api as a header:

Security

• Connected apps and API keys can act on your account – only connect apps you trust.
• Disconnect an app under Connected AI apps; it loses access immediately.
• Your API key gives full access to your account – keep it secret.
• Deleting is permanent; good assistants ask before they delete.
• Lost an API key? Generate a new one at account-api – the old key stops working immediately.
• The same plan limits and a rate limit of 60 requests per minute apply as for the regular API.
